About the organization
of the general director’s election of
SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”
In connection with the announcement of the competition for the position of general director of the state institution “Institute of soil protection of Ukraine” posted on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy on October 04, 2021.
I ORDER:
- To organize the work on holding the election of the general director of the state institution “Institute of soil protection of Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”), approve the personal composition of the organizing committee for holding the election of the director of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona” (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing committee) ( Appendix 1).
- Instruct First Deputy General Director S.V. Shapran to hold the first meeting of the Organizing committee until 06/10/2021, at which to elect the chairman, deputy chairman and secretary.
- The organizing committee in its work to comply with the provisions of Article 9 of the law of Ukraine “on scientific and scientific-technical activities”, methodological recommendations on the specifics of electing the head of a state scientific institution, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 14, 2016 No. 998 “some issues of electing and appointing the head of a state institution”, the regulations on the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”.
- Head of the Department of scientific and organizational work S.P. Tkachenko-Kanarskyi has to ensure the placement of an announcement on the competition for the position of General Director of the state institution “Institute of soil protection of Ukraine” on the website of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”.
- Deputy general director for organizational activities O.V. Zankevich should assign the premises to the Organizing Committee and the election commission and provide them with the necessary means of communication, office equipment, etc.
- To the organizing committee to develop and submit for approval to the scientific and technical Council of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”:
– Regulations on the organizing committee for the election of the general director (in agreement with the council of the labor collective);
– Procedure for organizing election observers for the general director of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”;
– Procedure for accreditation of public observers and representatives of mass media during elections, elections of the General director of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”.
- The organizing committee, together with each of the candidates for the position of general director, should determine no more than two observers of the voting process at the polling station. Ensure that the applicant can be present during the implementation of the voting procedure, when counting votes and drawing up a protocol on the results of voting.
- To conduct the election of the general director of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”: approve the personal composition of the Election commission (Appendix 2).
- Instruct First Deputy General Director S.V. Shapran and branch managers to hold the first meeting of the Election Commission by 06.10.2021, where they will elect the chairman, deputy chairman and Secretary.
- The Election commission should develop a regulation on the Election commission for the election of the general director of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona” and submit it for approval to the scientific and technical council in coordination with the council of the labor collective.
- The control of the vicomtesse of the order I will put on the pershy intercessor of the general director S.V. Shapran.
