Specialists of the Chernivtsi branch of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona” took part in the regional meeting of councils of young scientists of the Chernivtsi region
On February 9, 2022, a regional meeting of councils of young scientists of the Chernivtsi region was held on the basis of the Chernivtsi regional state administration.
During the meeting, problematic issues were discussed: initiatives of the Council of young scientists under the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine to create a scientist support office; support for scientific and technical activities in the country, commercialization and implementation/scaling of developments. Opportunities and challenges in the activities of councils of young scientists and young scientists of the region in particular were also discussed.
Specialists of the Chernivtsi branch of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona” took an active part in the discussion of the above-mentioned issues. In particular, it is noted that despite the difficult state of financing scientific activities in the state, the branch conducts scientific research at a high level in the direction of improving and preserving soil fertility. It is also indicated that an important component in the work of the branch is to attract young scientists to research work and increase their scientific activity.
In addition, during the meeting, the collected books were handed over by young scientists of the Chernivtsi region to the library of the military hospital in Chernivtsi as part of the All-Ukrainian project “Book to the defender of Ukraine”.
