Meeting on the development strategy of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”
Today, an online meeting was held with the branches of the SI “Derzhgruntokhorona” under the chairmanship of acting general Director Yuriy Zaytsev and First deputy Sergiy Shapran.
Among the main issues discussed at the meeting is the comprehensive development strategy of SI “Derzhgruntokhorona”, which is aimed at the systematic development of scientific support for the direction of preserving soil fertility, introducing methods of reproduction, increasing soil fertility and determines the priority areas of scientific activity and the procedure for their implementation.
The strategy establishes the mission and values of the institute, contains priority areas for the development of the agrochemical service of Ukraine and the main tasks of the development of SI “Derzhgruntokhorona” in the following areas: development of scientific research; expanding sources of funding for scientific activities, developing the material and technical base, developing information policy, strengthening public relations, developing international scientific cooperation, strengthening and expanding relations with executive authorities and local self-government bodies, improving the welfare of personnel, increasing the prestige of scientific work and improving the state of soil fertility in Ukraine.
The main goal of the development strategy of SI “Derzhgruntokhorona” is to significantly increase its role and importance in preserving the fertility of the soil cover of agricultural land, improving the efficiency of using farmland and fertilizers, ensuring the production of environmentally safe agricultural products and raw materials. Identification of priority areas of activity of the institution aimed at improving the efficiency of using and preserving the country’s soil resources, as well as improving the quality of agricultural products.
The strategy takes into account the needs of modern Ukrainian society, the conditions for its integration into the European and international community.
Concluding the meeting, Yuriy Zaytsev and First deputy of General director Sergiy Shapran congratulated everyone on the holidays and urged them to take care of their health.
