Fertile soils are of great value to our country. The protection of soil fertility is a logical continuation of the state’s policy in land relations, which is clearly defined in the constitutional provisions that the main wealth of our state is land, which is subject to a special protection regime. Owners of land plots and land users who carry out mining, geological exploration, construction and other works to remove and transfer the soil cover (fertile soil layer) of the land plot, if this leads to a violation of the surface layer, order a working project. Removal, transfer and preservation of the fertile soil layer is carried out in accordance with the established standards and in accordance with the developed working projects of land management for removing the fertile soil layer.
