During the war, every Ukrainian should have a supply of certain products that will ensure human life for some time. This is reported by the internet platform segodnya.ua.
People who live in a multi-storey building are advised to have an “alarm suitcase” in order to take it with them in case of an emergency, and those who live in a private house and have a basement are advised to set up a kind of bunker there.
A standard supply of food products, for example, for seven days should be calculated in accordance with the number of people in the family and consist of different categories of goods. In your basement, you should set up a storage area for products that have a long shelf life. This list includes:
- drinking water for domestic needs and mineral water in unlimited quantities (according to the Ministry of Finance, in March 2022, the cost of one bottle of Mineral Water 1.5 liters is 13.90 UAH);
- home preservation (if available) and from the store (for example, sardines 230 g — 35.91 UAH, sprats 150 g — 38.50 UAH, cucumbers 920 G — 93.46 UAH, zucchini caviar 500 g-28.20 UAH, etc.);
- fast food (buckwheat 1 kg – 49.30 UAH, vermicelli 1 kg — 21.93 UAH, pasta 1 kg-26.40 UAH, etc.);
- bread, crackers, crackers — everything that can replace bread, because it is not suitable for a week’s supply;
- sweets — to maintain the energy tone of the body, you need to eat foods rich in carbohydrates: condensed milk, dried fruit, halva, cookies, chocolate or just sugar (1 kg — 26.38 UAH).
You should also pay attention to cottage cheese in paraffin crust, tea, coffee, powdered milk, dried fruits, nuts, plus a little salt.
