The government approved the rules for the development of working land management projects
We inform you about the entry into force of Resolution No. 86 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 2, 2022 On approval of the rules for the development of working land management projects”.
These rules establish a set of qualitative and quantitative indicators, parameters that regulate the development of working land management projects, taking into account environmental, economic, social, natural, climatic and other conditions.
This resolution approved the rules for the development of working land management projects in relation regarding:
- the reclamation of disturbed land;
- removal and transfer of the fertile soil layer;
- conservation of degraded, unproductive and man-made contaminated land;
- improvement of agricultural land and forest land;
- protection of land from erosion, flooding, waterlogging, secondary salinization, drying up, landslides, compaction, acidification, contamination with industrial and other waste, radioactive and chemical substances.
