The appeal of General Director Yuriy Zaytsev

A full-scale war continues in Ukraine, which russia treacherously started. The aggressor country does not spare anyone by destroying our cities and towns, killing civilians, including innocent children. Some localities have already been wiped off the face of the Earth.

This is a war in which only 2 countries are fighting — russia WITH the whole world and Ukraine FOR the whole world.

In this war, Ukraine is fighting for its independence, democracy, justice and progress. This struggle is not only for the sake of its citizens, but also for the sake of all mankind. From the first day of the war, our army professionally, courageously and fearlessly beats the enemy. Those who want to defend our native mother Ukraine stand in multi-day queues at territorial recruitment and social support centers. Some employees of our institution also volunteered for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defense. We pray for everyone who defends our homeland and wish them to stay alive and healthy and return to their families with victory!

Ukraine is supported by democratic countries, international organizations, politicians, businessmen, actors, writers, artists, musicians, athletes, bloggers and ordinary citizens from all over the world who have condemned the actions of the aggressor and provide Ukraine with material and humanitarian assistance.

While our courageous defenders and defenders give a worthy rebuff and oust the russian invaders, the priority task of the institution is cooperation with enterprises of domestic agro – industrial production, aimed at performing a complex of spring field work in conditions of resource constraints and creating conditions to meet the needs of our troops and population with high-quality food-this is the front of agrarian science.

“Where there is no shelling, the Ukrainian farmer goes to the field and sows. Even in the temporarily occupied territories. The lawlessness that is happening there will not last long, Ukraine will regain these territories.

Few people understand what sowing mentally means for Ukrainians who survived the Holodomor. This is not just an agrotechnological process. No one and nothing will stop us. This is the same front and there are no deserters on it,” says Roman Leshchenko, Minister of Agrarian Policy and food of Ukraine.

Slava Ukrayini /Glory to Ukraine/!
